Because we offer a generous 14-day free trial where you can fully test the AI Coaching Engine, all sales are final once your paid subscription begins. We do not offer refunds, partial or otherwise, after the free trial concludes.
Every new Platyplus athlete starts with a 14-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to the AI Coaching Engine and the Intervals.icu sync. You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription at any point before the 14 days expire. If you do not cancel, your chosen payment method will automatically be billed for your selected subscription tier (Core or Pro) at the end of the trial.
Because the AI Coaching Engine relies on computationally expensive API calls (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), we incur costs every time you generate a training block. Therefore, once your 14-day trial concludes and your chosen payment method is billed, you are not eligible for a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings to prevent future recurring charges. However:
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our support team first. We are athletes building software for athletes, and we will work to resolve the issue fairly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Platyplus account.
