We reserve the right to throttle your generation requests or permanently suspend your account if your usage exceeds that of a typical human athlete.
The visual interfaces, graphics, source code, proprietary prompts, and the "Combination Matrix" logic (the "Materials") are protected by intellectual property laws. Platyplus retains all right, title, and interest in these Materials.
While you retain ownership of your underlying raw biometric data, the specific scheduling logic and constraints applied to generate your plan remain the intellectual property of Platyplus. You may export your generated plans for personal use, but you may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the algorithmic output.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
